ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Katie Sheridan, LMFT

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, connection, and healing. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that therapy should be a collaborative space where all parts of you are welcome.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, communication challenges, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning to do deeper work, I’m here to meet you where you are.

MY APPROACH

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on evidence-based practices to address the mind, body, and spirit. My goal is always to create a safe space for you to explore, unpack, and grow—with intention.

Why I became a Therapist

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the complexity of people—their stories, their resilience, their longing to be seen and understood. Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career choice for me; it was a calling to support others in healing the parts of themselves that have long been burdened or silenced.

I deeply value the trust that comes with doing this work and hold space with respect, attunement, and care.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME

-
I’m endlessly inspired by music, symbolism, and stories with depth (Sleep Token fans, I see you).
-
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me immersed in nature, writing, or curled up with a good book and a mug of something warm.
-
I believe healing happens in the small, quiet moments—when we pause long enough to listen inward.
